People have been winding down short positions in SEMAFO in February. SEMAFO operate mines and exploration predominantly in Burkina Faso, with one project (Korhogo Project) in Côte d’Ivoire near the western side of BF. Probably just down to the increasing gold price but a move in the right direction for the BF gold mining complex. Esh
"The stock of SEMAFO INC ORDINARY SHARES (OTCMKTS:SEMFF) registered a decrease of 15.97% in short interest. SEMFF’s total short interest was 2.81 million shares in February as published by FINRA. Its down 15.97% from 3.35 million shares, reported previously. With 52,200 shares average volume, it will take short sellers 54 days to cover their SEMFF’s short positions."
