Just a note on this Dalradian study and extrapolating to WAF. I looked into it a bit more and it appears the Dalradian FS was from late 2016. They were in the process of updating this to include a further 1M oz of indicated resources since then (say 600koz more production). The acquirer obviously knows this and has come in with this offer before they get a chance to update the FS.
So probably not correct to use the previous FS and work out WAF's implied share price from the offer.
Having said that, WAF has substantial upside too even based on existing drill data.
