Great summary, echoes my opinions on Hyde and Co. but with better wording. They just call out the numbers and what they're doing such that unless you crunch their numbers you miss what other more self-interested managers would spell out with fireworks announcements.
I believe the fact that RH isn't putting the mine on market for a sell out or farm-in (as was the original target years ago) means that he believes there is too much unseen value for a sale to be justifiable. And has taken positive steps toward that end.
I hope there are brokers analysing this ann the way I have, and believe to be correct assumptions, as it's probably a little obscure for retail. But I believe this ann makes a few very big points that aren't specifically spelled out. We'll know in a week or so if that's the case.
