Hindmost, I think AXE have bought Waddikee for a steal, considering what it may hold according to the reports today. As an AXE holder I'm very happy, especially when the market is waking up to the value of graphite just as we significantly increase our resource. MOX need the cash though and weren't interested in graphite, so for them to sell out makes sense strategically (but I think they might look back in six months with some regret).
