I also be question why Davidson dumped stock when no one else did? did he get warning prior to January from people who make decisions? How inside was his information or was it purely his own determination?
What powers do asic have recoup funds or shares? I assumed they can fine people and stop them from operating business? Is jail time as part of their penalty or do they just recommend prosecution?
