After buying up the quoted remaining shares in Kangaroo Resources KRL, Bayan now own 100% albeit the WA courts have frozen 56.05% of KRL shares owned by Bayan. The main coal mining asset is in Indonesia and now under the control of Bayan. If Bayan decide to sit on their hands and do nothing after White Energy receive an award against them: Then what?

WEC can then apply to the WA court for the 56.05% share holding in KRL. If they get that it's a - then what? situation again. How can they sell a holding of 56.05% in KRL when it's now part of Bayan in Indonesia? WEC would have the backing of courts in Australia and Singapore but Bayan sell all their coal to China from Indonesia.

Maybe the WEC legal team know something we don't. Only time will tell!
