You can figure that out if you have a look in the financial reports of this company. Compensation should be at least lost capex of approx. 110 Mio $ + interests + legal expenses = ~ 150 Mio $.
From the very beginning Bayans assumptions in this matter were totally wrong:
The Management view is that the Company is not in breach and that BCBS/WEC are in fact in breach and that no contingencies are deemed necessary. (Annual Report 2012)
Management of theCompany continues to hold the belief that the nomaterial liability is likely to arise notwithstandingthe judgment of the SICC in the second tranche (INTERIM CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS30 SEPTEMBER 2018).
PT Bayan does not anticipate that the proceedings in relation to the Freezing Order(irrespective of the outcome) will restrict or affect implementation of the Scheme. (Scheme Booklet 2018)
This denial of reality is going to end at judgement day for sure.
