Whithout any doubt White directors have upper hand in this particular case. They could bring down the Roo acquistion, i.e. loss of synergies, rising opportunity costs, risk of rising coal asset prices for Bayan. It remains to be seen how far they can leverage this matter - but I would not mind if they settle the legal dispute from 2011 for good.
