Its just normal business practices, and formality for all to unfold...
If your concerned about how things are going now, then you must be getting very very worried about drilling risks and the chance of failure...
In some situations there might be some concern, but these companies have been through the Motions with Zeus, and as far as that well is concerned, everything ran real smooth leading into drilling, and all the paper work was signed off on...

In this game you have to assume that normal business practices are a given, (contracts,stakes,negotiating etc) because mate if your worried about things like fine print, then your going to get bogged down when all the real risks kick in...

might take abit more time...
Time delays are common practice in this business...
be patient...
