Was talking about the side agreements. I was responding to a general theme in this thread about why CUE have not made an ANN regarding this. IMO there is no ANN yet probably because CUE & MEO are still discussing the side agreement issues CUE felt were not in their interest.
Once issues have been raised and discussed between both parties you would expect that sanity prevails and they find a way to move forward.
No ANN from CUE simply = a final decision on side agreement has not beens made = discussion still going on
I think this is a good sign.
