Couple years ago I spoke with an executive at Sadleirs Transport, very big private co., been going about 100 years.
I asked him why they weren't listed on the stock market.
He winked at me and said, this way we don't have to tell anyone anything!

Well, in the current scenario, I think CUE has an obligation to tell someone [shareholders] something, as the other players have done.

MEO management has been bagged mercilessly for not telling SH what was happening over the past months [even tho they clearly had nothing to report as negotiations were underway].

Now, that it's been revealed that CUE is not coming to the party, they should report to the market. I'm not bagging CUE, just stating my opinion as to what they should do. If I was a SH, I'd be pretty keen to know what they're up to.

As for going to ASIC.... waste of time. They care nothing for small investors, I worked out a while ago the greatest thieves and crooks on the planet wear suits and ties!
