Your theory around PetroChina wanting to buy Shell out of the AOE deal is way off track. You speculate on issues you have no idea about, and far beyond released facts.
Why should CUE sign to approve changes to the JVOA if it deems that they are against its interest?
Your speculation that CUE directors are operating againts their fiduciary duties to benefit a minority shareholder are nothing short of slanderous.
