Is there a good reason why VPE will block the merger if they do not want to counter bid eventually if the bid is not raised ?
Eddie posted on ASX "...VPE advised that it is not preparing to make aoffer..."
Is that not materially different from what VPE posted on the ASX on the same day "...has no present intention to make a takeover bid..."
