It is my opinion that they are intentionally holding back on the drill results as a part of the sale process. Something maybe to hype the value to a buyer about to sign on the dotted line.

My logic here is that
* TS buys and sells, doesn't produce
* sells to someone with distribution capacity
* lots of promises of what can be done and little to no progress on plant in 2 years, only studies to define value.
* Four months for results that were due week s after sampling puts them as a tactical hand
* The cobalt price is well below business case expectations so pre existing handshake deals are being re cut.
* Moved from profit play to survival

This will not be the last extension to the suspension
