having run businesses for others and also for myself I understand that management will never make everyone happy at the same time, to me this is a good decision and keeps us liquid, we are able to move forward with funds in the bank, this CR will not proceed if the settlement of AK doesn't go ahead, the decision to go down this path has been made and IMO management don't give a rats a#*e if a none holder approves or doesn't approve, I am happy with the decision and believe it to be the correct call and like management I don't give a rats either.
