I admire those that can trade the short term profitably ongoing. It takes incredible discipline and a sort of ability to disassociate yourself with the stock (or what ever you are trading). I traded currencies full time for a couple of years and it was very difficult not to attach emotion to the trades.
The killer is that we change our minds. I wonder how many have their selling strategy locked down for VEC? If it drops many will just hold on in hope of a recovery. If it surges ahead many will back slap and hang on for FOMO. The smart ones will simply take their profits (or cut their losses) at a predetermined price and move on.
In the meantime we amuse ourselves with some facts, fodder and banter clear.png
Agreed, nothing wrong with trading if that’s what one does. In turn they shouldn’t complain about the company, others P&D, or the SP hasn’t moved when in fact trading for pips is what stops the SP rising.
$34MC is seriously low for a company holding a JORC resource in a rising gold market. I guess that’s another discussion.
