The one positive about all the new bonus and CR shares is that they will have to pump this hard at some stage if they want to sell and get any kind of decent price.
But yes, I would have thought that the performance shares would be conditional on AK acquisition being completed, which going by the recent TH/suspension seems not to be the case.
