If I remember correctly the HOA for the Adidi-Kanga acquisition announcement came with a CR, also 1.8c..

Clearly Vec needed a cash injection. Because Adidi-Kanga funding is already in place, this 2.6M should be getting used to further the process of the other acquisitions they were undertaking. Should being the key word.

I would have preferred cash to be raised at a higher price after a few positive announcements which should be coming in the short term. But it is what it is now.. let’s see what tomorrow brings
