I dont believe it was the purpose of the TH and suspension, timing wise it probably could have been done differently but it is something that had to happen, if any one can show me a spec stock that doesnt have to do a CR I would be interested to know, I might even change my view, I dont believe there is one or ever has been one, it is part of the spec end, if we became a tier one company we could possibly raise at a premium, until that happens we will continue along these lines as does every other spec company
