any positive spin on this will not work - one question - why did they not say that the additional purpose of TH and suspension was a CR?

or did I miss something?

and if I did, I am sorry, but, seeing that there was a sell off, perhaps the question - who was selling and why?  leaky?  

for goodness sake, hope the deal is complete soon - and SP rises. BUT, still does not take away the fact that this is just plain horribly managed.
