no good getting into an argument Big K, I have no idea, all I am saying is for anyone that feels they would like some at this price ring and ask, I have done that on other companies and probably have a 50% success rate, as far as timing goes IMO we needed it now as we only have 62,000 in the bank and have forward projections of 1,640,000, to me it was inevitable, timing and structuring is a grey area for sure, but it is what it is, we had 2 choices I imagine, choice 1 was do a CR and move forward, choice 2 was not do a CR and fold up as there was insufficient funds to keep going, to me its a no brainer, lets hope when the clouds break the sky is bright blue, GLTAH
