my thought process was they may of had a 3rd party offer for an offtake so went into trading halt, they notify burwill, burwill declined and then Alliance needed extra time to negotiate the deal. Maybe that is why the Singapore letter was different to asx and then changed after the suspension? Unsure of the rules and what they need to reveal etc. Again just thoughts put down on paper. We'll know soon enough GLTA.
