    Hi. As I've mentioned earlier I'm new to lithium, and so unsure of how it all works. However is it plausible that at first when TH happened they waited for Burwil to decide and when they declined then they extended the TH to deal with a 3rd party? Or is the timing too quick for this to have happened?
