    Happy New Year to all...

    Came back from a nice holiday and have to read this:

    ..."I desperately want to buy, but not with management pulling stunts like this."... -- How can you be so desperate to buy without knowing wah the announcement is ??

    And then there is @Newbie thomas biggrin.png

    To all the holders who have taken a position here due to the strong FA that A40 has been build on and now that the merger is finally completed, that FA got considerably stronger, the ones that don't understand the benefits the merger will bring to the company and s'holders might realize in a couple of months.

    @Names little those 10% bonus shares look mighty fine on my account...I know you and I think Wilma didn't like me calling them "Bonus" at the timefrown.png

    We should hear a steady newsflow going forward as I am sure MC and Co have used the time during the merger delays to prepare for the next steps.

    A40 will separate shortly from the other AUS Li players:

    * lowest number of SOI

    * lowest debt - by a very large margin - this fact alone will make a very big difference to the bottom line and the RIO for s'holders - the full effect should be visible after the next 2-3 quarterlies.

    MC knows what needs to be done, announcement will be released when the deal is done..no point whining...it's not going to change a thing.

    It's also funny how quickly ppl lose faith in their investments...EV's are going to take over quicker then what some of the experts want the public to believe...all the new models coming online from this year on and going forward will leave the ICE models for dead...look at what is coming to market and all the great new features...combined with large price reductions once models like the Golf e (1st mass production) from Germany roll out from heir dedicated e factories and all the current either producing or in construction Megafactories reach nameplate capacity for their Lib outputs and the associated price point they will be able to sell them...it will be very hard for other battey tech to enter the market...and by having such a large lead in establishing mass production for LiB's...we will not only see a massive demand spike from Car Manufactures but also from Stationary Energy needs, I know ppl think there are lots of other options like Vanadium etc, which is true that they might be better suited for stationary uses but the sheer price point competitiveness from LiB's (thanks to Megafactory volume output) will make LiB's become the Storage Battery of choice...so combining EV's and Storage...the demand will be intense...le's see what MC has been working on.
