    The suspension is, according to the ANN on 4/Jan now invalid/expired however we have not heard from A40, or the ASX. I have never seen this before.


    Can anyone explain what happens next? 


    I have to wonder, have the Singaporean aspect of this company forgotten that they have shareholders in AU and are accountable to the ASX?


    I desperately want to buy, but not with management pulling stunts like this.
