So since Tawana merged with AMAL, announcements have gone from being prompt in the morning like everyone else to being pushed out last minute, late at night. I can't see any advantage to delaying to the bitter end but it certainly is a bad look, PR-wise/image-wise, and reduces trust with shareholders giving off an air of secrecy, uncertainty and maybe even desperation. I haven't seen any other company pull this stunt. AMAl's mgmt. don't exactly have the best reputation as previous scandals have illustrated. They should get their act together vis a vis consideration towards their owners (us).
And if the ANN is for another off-take, you'll all be forgetting how long it took and praising MC for his negotiating skills
