The scheme booklet states "...not more than 15 business days after the implementation date..."

Implementation date was Friday December 14th.

Therefore, not including that day and excluding 3 public holidays, I believe Wed Jan 9th is the 15th business (trading) day. 

Also, my gut feeling is that we'll be out of suspension before Fri 4th Jan, hopefully with fantastic news on offtake arrangements, allowing the ineligible shares to be sold into depth (or could it be privately placed? Or even part of offtake arrangement?).
