The last one was EOD on Friday and they extended it after the market had closed later that day. IMO not a good look for something that would have been obvious to the BOD anytime throughout the day (and probable the preceding days).
IMO an announcement should be made before the market opens on Monday either the announcement (with time for the market to consider it) or a further extension - anything announced later on is showing poor consideration to the shareholders.
