Considering Burwill is actively trading and A40 also has Ms Vicki Xie (Non-Executive Director is a nominee of Weier, a substantial shareholder in the Company) who represents the end user of our spodumene, i would think our suspension is likely a result of planned negotiations that could not be finalised pre-merger, especially given how quickly we went into a halt (4 trading days after listing).

Given all negotiations with Burwill in the past were rapidly concluded, it suggests at least one 3rd party could be involved.
