My opinion is....... a second offtake partner is coming aboard!
A40 is ramping up now to 300 tpa. & MC needs to know Burwill definately can accept the extra product.(maybe higher price)

The 3 week T/ H indicates another company as well as Burwill is involved in negotiating terms.

This is more than any Tantalum contract IMO.
all just a theory ....
