Anything is possible with this lot. There was the offer of a 50% free carry in a steel plant in 2016 that was tossed around and then never heard of again. No money required for that JV. IOR has had quite a few disappearing opportunities, are any of these being revisited? Possibility abounds but little progress. What is the new plan going to look like?
