In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, we advise that:
(a) Emmerson is seeking the suspension in trading following the recently requested trading
halt;
(b) Emmerson is finalising the details of a number of commercial transactions and intends
to make an announcement to the market in relation to a proposed Mining and
Exploration Joint Venture agreement in Tennant Creek;
(c) Emmerson is seeking this suspension to assist in maintaining an orderly market in the
trading of the company’s securities and managing its disclosure obligations;
(d) Emmerson requests the suspension until the earlier of the commencement of trading on
Monday 10 September 2018 or Emmerson making an announcement to the market
concerning the proposed Mining and Exploration Joint Venture agreement; and
(e) Emmerson is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
