A halt followed by a suspension for a 'major acquisition' is normally required when a company has to get good news out to a number of parties, ie have the info widely disseminated prior to letting the market trade again.
Looks like we have at least a 2 day wait for an open market but we might see news via financial press before then. Keep your eyes out, especially on the on-line versions of same. We will see it there first I suspect.
