I think going live with a 249D with only 5.2 % of issued capital is a weak look particularly when the chairman and his cohorts no doubt control circa 20 plus percent. To be honest, following the GPP threads of the past 9 months it appears that the supporters on HC are as much a rabble as that of the board particularly when you are not even aware that Gerry King is legally entitled to vote for himself in a 249D EGM in addition to voting against the proponents of the 249D notice. The likely hood of them succeeding is limited in my view but they have every right as suffering shareholders. We will see what the next few weeks bring but am hoping that my investment is brought back into the black
