Listen guys, there are 2 part of this ANN: potential capital raise AND/ OR investment in a company.

One could be great the other could be not great. You don't know.

We know about the investment in the company. And yes it'll be good. You'll see.

But what if they failed to raise capital or they announced a new CR? Not even sure that's possible but would market react well?

What is possible is that they'll invest in a new company, cash, and to do so, and further their plans in MC< will also announce new capital being raised (hopefully privately). Now that would make it boom.

Now take the same as above, but replace privately raised capital by a new CR, and you've got a different story.
