Yeah it is trivial and it's perfectly normal for a trading halt to then turn into a suspension. And no it is not normal for the company to trade for 7 minutes in between a trading halt and suspension. Now that would really be lack of governance allowing that. The stock cannot trade until the ASX approves it and they would have been processing the suspension request well before 10am.
