Guys, the reason why they have done this is because are doing their heads in. It maintain my original thoughts. ECT are doing this correctly with all these RCA agreements etc but the Indians are doing ECT's heads in and they cannot continue giving announcements and dates and then being completely let down by their counterparts in India and then having to denounce and at same time try to keep things positive. A promise or an assurance in India has a completely different meaning than in Australia. They place very little weight on what they say, they are more inclined to go with what is written. ECT have clearly had enough (its taken them a while in my opinion) and the Suspension is perfect as it will give everyone in ECT some headroom and breathing space. It's just the Indian way and more so if its State Enterprise. At the end of the day it will depend on the commercial feasibility of their technology and you can rest assured the Indians are going over it with a fine tooth comb and they will sign up only when they are ready irrespective of when they said they would or critical dates blah blah blah and irrespective of the position ECT is in. The Indians will not gamble. We just need to rest on our faith now and one way or another this journey is comin to its pivotal point. We either have a commercial technology or we don't. If the Indians don't back it then this question will be finally answered and hallelujah I am all for that as this all has to end one way or another and ECT know it. Hold onto your hats.
