The announcement came out while I was writing my last post but it is all there in the court orders.

Funder wanted legals costs, termination fee, 40% of future court win plus costs again according to juedgement the other day.

Judge said no you get $9 million fee plus costs. Tells him to account for the costs, execute discharge papers and go.

Funder is going to appeal so everything is on ice for 14 days.

CHM having another go at AFSL issue and as I said previously IMF Australia Ltd thinks they need one so maybe CHM will have a bigger win and not even need to pay the $9 million.

Receiver role is to get the amount outstanding which CHM have estimated and go.
