Its laughable the spin chm puts on things..worse than labor.....Announcement should have read....Supreme court upholds ILP position....Receivership stands.....and chm's bid to only have to pay cost's fails....The way I see this...Chm agree it has to pay near another $9 million.....then they are broke, with at least $6.5 million debt.... unless Sage stumps up more money..will he????..he will have chm over a barrel (not for the first time) what will he demand in return....Receivership continues...Appeal by ILP already foreshadowed......Poor old sholders...shafting on its way...eventually....
