Gard's....You also didnt mention that CHM claimed that the deed should be voided because ILP didnt have a license and that all it should pay is legal fees..which by paying the $6 million it had already done...Judge ruled against chm...saying they must pay costs AND $9 million..so chm lost that battle too....Also I read elsewhere (another site) that Tony Sage said that if chm stayed in receivership, then his deal was off!!!(don't know validity of this)but if thats the case chm have no funds to pay funder and therefore goodbye...but even if sage goes ahead, he's gonna have to puy in a fair bit more than the deal already struck as this will only pay off funder and leave chm broke....and who knows what the receiver willl come across when he starts delving into chm's books..could be a huge can of worms there and duty bound to report anything naughty to ASIC...could get very nasty....Sage could cut and run...who knows...certainly isnt going ot be sorted out any time soon..unless a deal with MMX happens I doubt chm will trade again If at all for a month or so...given receivers check out books...a revisit to court, date to be set..sage's decision.etc etc..
