    So what happens to CHM shareholders now?
    It seems unlikely this will ever trade again after that decision.
    That means IPL, CHM board CFE and associated legal counsel will only share in any spoils and the whole reason for us harping on and on about about CHM shareholders being careful has come to fruition.
    Im really sorry for them.....
