Pomhat I agree with you......the legal cost's are estimated...but if you ad up the surety's put up, plus a reasonable estimate of 15 months and a court trial I think that a total of $6.5 mill is not too much of a stretch....
Either way I think that chm have a difficult road ahead,,being in the hands of receivers is not usually a good thing for a company....or its investors
