Actually agree with you....it's a real conumdrum and the decision is like reading thru a mire.
One other question....would CFE/mr Sage have seen this coming (being placed in receivership) when they did their DD?? After all, isn't TS supposed to be a guru?
I doubt it but if they did, maybe this is being played out as per the script.
