If chm get a good result in this round, They will be able to negotiate with MMX for a higher settlement or await judgement with associated risks....If judgement favours ILP then MMX will in effect negotiate with ILP and a likely quick and lower settlement, allowing ILP to cut and run with the lions share of whatever....High stakes here for all concerned.....
