Is there any way we can find out if there is a particular reason...

Is there any way we can find out if there is a particular reason for the delay, I mean we have had book keepers, accountants, company secretaries, all employed and the timing of the report should be routine and it's not like they were hit by a surprise audit out of the blue.
Possibly the data was lost by someone or someone cooked a computer etc at the end of the day they should be able to explain to us some justification for the delay.
So one has to ask, who's head is on the chopping block for such obvious incompetence or is the company BOD colluding in this in which case shouldn't ASIC be investigating this with some urgency.
I must admit I fear for the worst as it has taken 5 months or so to produce the figures which supposedly should have been presented 5 months ago.
What is happening to the next report will it be delayed by a similar time frame and
back into suspension we go?????
