"The Directors are continuing to work to finalise its Financial Statements and these will be lodged as soon as possible. The company expects that they can released on or before 7 June 2018"

So the "before" the 7th of June is out of the question, odds of a release today?? IMHO very slim, maybe further delay in getting books signed off.

The company, obviously to me, can't find an auditor that will sign off on fiction.
