No, no one has go to jail, as yet... Yet again you are mentioning something about ASIC and the ASX..

Dear or me do you know of anyone else willing to do something about keeping a good eye on our ASX listed companies.?? We have a Toothless/Gummy tiger with ASIC which are too busy and intent on how to raise some money to keep themselves going and the ASX which takes so long to do anything about anything that when they decide to do something it might become too late. It is all there in black and white for your perusal if you wish.

Just have a good look and do some proper research of what has just came out from Molopo (MPO) and then tell me about it.

The ASX has come out only now, and telling us about them, after they have been led by the nose by some smarties in that company for months and months and months on had when most of the cash has left the company for some BVI Island accounts/entities and where ASIC was nowhere to be seen nor even been acting about it at all.

Now did the ASX decided to do something about it now because of what is happening with the RC on the Banking system at present.?? Who Knows....................Not me....but, based on what they just released, one would be forgiven that they have waited too long to do anything about it and started acting long before this.


In the meantime, and as per usual, the shareholders are the ones left licking their wounds.
