Look, yes to be honest, CDU has had some very good employees. But you are correct, either bullying tactics, attrition, or just getting fed up with the hierarchy and poor commands from the top (and even middle) led to 60 odd % turnover rate.
I knew a few good locals who have done, or could do a good job out there if they were left to their own devices.
