Thank you both dante941 and Gman2 for raising the possibility based on that 10% placement facility. The problem I have with that is how useful is that if there are serious doubts about the future of the company. I ask you both....if you were a "sophisticated investor" would you be lining up to invest in VIC in the present circumstances? After all I would assume that with the amount of publicity going on on HC  that some of that would leak out there into investor land and the connections between HDY and VIC would be known. Who in their right mind would be handing over money in the next month with HDY having to get over the December 20th hurdle (and serious doubt about that) and the possibility that TC and even Dr E. might find themselves in a legal stoush.

I am prepared to be enlighten but at the moment I cannot see financial aid coming to the rescue in the present circumstance. I'm sure that TC and Dr. E would like to save their lifestyle providers but ........
