    a related party to VIC yes but are they a related party to EverBlu. if so, how and what was the arrangement. the problem is that ASX do not have standing to request documents be produced between third party transactions which is why, you will notice in the HDY latest release, they say that if EverBlu do not comply, it's HDY's problem. ASX cannot compel EverBlu to respond but are trying to use their powers on HDY to exploit them..... also, given ASX is not a shareholder, they cannot take action. I'm thinking that they are trying to force shareholders to take a class action but no one is obviously budging.... the votes in the AGM should suggest to them that there would not be enough shareholders to support a class action
